Every dish at The Ember Room starts with an open flame. We source from Mississippi farms, smoke our meats low and slow, and finish everything over live hardwood coals. This is Southern cooking as it was always meant to be — honest, warm, and built for the table.
The Ember Room opened in 2019 with a simple idea: the best meals happen around fire. Tucked one block off Oxford's Courthouse Square, we built a space that feels like coming home — exposed brick, low light, the smell of hickory drifting through the room.
